Monday, March 19th Free Event Green Smoothie demos and healthy eating tips with Registered Dietitian and Certified Holistic Heath Counsler, Christa Smedile! Also receive a free hand massage and be entered into a drawing for a full health history consultation with Christa. Open house style, stop by anytime between 11-1. Pre-registrants receive an additional entry into the raffle.

Wednesday, March 21 Join us for an evening workshop with author of Amazon's Best seller list, Smarts and Stamina: The busy persons guide to optimal health and performance, Marie-Josee Shaar. Special guest speaker Christa Smedile, will be with us to talk about healthful eating and bridging the gap in your nutrition with whole foods supplementation. Enjoy a chair or hand massage during the event. 7-9

Saturday, March 24 Birth Class Bootcamp with Nicole Nordberg and Jenise Lemon. Special Rate offered for this class as well as a raffle for a massage gift certificate. 9:30-2

Childbirth Classes

Welcome to Birth Class Boot Camp! Everything you need to know about preparing for the birth of your new baby! We offer a one-day intensive class - perfect for busy parents! Classes are kept to a maximum of five couples, insuring personalized attention and a relaxed atmosphere. Some topics discussed are: understanding changes in your body, accessing your body's natural anesthesia, relaxation techniques, your birth with or without an epidural, dealing with fears and working with hospital policies. Start your preparation for parenthood feeling confident and empowered!

Presented by Childbirth Educators and DONA Certified Doulas Nicole Nordberg, CD, CBE and Jenise Lemon, CD, LCCE. Massage and relaxation techniques presented by Certified Massage Therapist Beth Trachtman.

Pre-registration required. Spaces are limited! Cost of $165 includes a partner. Class begins promptly at 9:30 and ends at 2:00.
