Pregnancy Massage

For expectant mothers, this massage helps alleviate lower back pain, swelling and other common discomforts associated with pregnancy.  This also prepares a mother-to-be for her natural birthing experience.

Postpartum Massage

Massage is a very important part of postpartum recovery.  This form of massage is designed especially for new moms as it focuses on offering relief from the aches and pains that occur while your body adjusts after pregnancy.  Postpartum massage also relieves fatigue, reduces stress and promotes healing while hormone balance is reestablished after pregnancy.

Massage for Infants and Children

It's amazing the power of massage at a young age, both in healing and in supporting healthy growth.  Based on the type of massage chosen for each individual child, hyperactivity can shift and lethargy in a child can be energized.  Massage also increases circulation, strengthens the immune system, reduces colic and gas in infants, and, most importantly, increases interaction and touch to promote a gentle, loving nature in the child.

60 minutes - $35

Infant Massage Classes

Learn to connect with your child through touch while strengthening the parent - infant bond.  Through our classes you will learn to ease your babies common discomforts while promoting relaxation and healthy nervous/ immune systems.  We will instruct you on the proper soothing massage strokes to use at home as your child grows.  This is also a wonderful opportunity to get away from the everyday stressors and engage with other moms as you learn from one another's experiences!
