Swedish Massage

Relieve tension and sooth your nerves through total body relaxation.  This therapeutic treatment is designed to improve circulation, release stress and relieve tension in the muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

For those with chronic pain, this form of massage is ideal.  Using deep strokes and finger pressure across the muscle fibers, you will feel the difference in your body and mind.  Light stretching is also incorporated for a complete experience and this form of massage can be targeted on specific areas of tension to focus on those parts of your body that need the most attention.

Hot Stone Massage

Escape to a state of pure relaxation with this ancient Native American treatment using heated stones and traditional swedish massage.  This type of treatment is known to dissolve the stress of the everyday and take you to a deeper state of healing and calm. 

90 minutes - $110

Reiki

Reiki is an incredibly relaxing and gentle form of bodywork.  It promotes physical healing as well as emotional and spiritual well-being.  It is performed by a practitioner laying their hands on the body and allowing the energy to flow freely, opening up any blockages in the meridians, or energy lines.  The client is fully clothed during a Reiki session.

Shiatsu Massage

An Asian form of massage, originating in Japan, shiatsu uses pressure points in the body to release tension in the organs, tissues and mental/emotional states held in the body.   The main goal is to get the energy lines (meridians) flowing freely for optimal health and well-being of the body and mind.

In-Home Massage

Experience a professional massage without leaving the comfort of your home!  A specially trained therapist will bring everything needed to perform a relaxing, therapeutic massage, and leave you in your personal space to reap the full benefits!  This is especially beneficial for those with limited mobility.*

Student Practitioner Massage

Receive a one hour massage by our student practitioner.  Enjoy all the benefits of a Swedish/Therapeutic massage, while helping a student to improve his skill and technique and earn practical massage training hours.
